Lead Employer's New Telephone Menu

We are delighted to share details of Lead Employer's new telephone menu system which will launch on 1st February 2023.
We are always seeking new ways to improve the support and service we provide as your employer. Introducing a telephone menu is the next step in our commitment to helping support you throughout your training programme.
Why has the system been implemented?
The system has been introduced so you can be quickly directed to your desired department to discuss your query without forwarding on assistance from our Helpdesk team.
How does the system work?
Depending on what your query is related to, you will choose out of five possible options when you call Lead Employer’s Helpdesk number: 0151 478 7777.
The five options are as follows:
1. Queries relating to Employment Services and HR Case Management
2. Queries relating the North West Collaborative Bank
3. Queries relating to Salary Sacrifice
4. Queries relating to Payroll
5. Queries relating to Pensions
